Belts can come in any length or width, with a variety of buckles and as many loops, and in any caliber, as will fit on the belt. Standard width is 2 1/2". Belts come standard with twenty loops. Additional loops can be added for four bucks apiece. There is no discount for fewer than twenty loops.
Colors available are: Black, Dark Brown, Light Brown, Mahogany and Natural Oiled (shown in photos).

Originally designed to hold gold dust (inside the folded and sewn belt built of lighter leather) during the "Gold Rush" era. It became a cowboy favorite when the belt was adapted to carry cartridges on the outside while hiding gold and silver coins on the inside.
